Prior to working as a CEO in Federated Travel Juan founded and served as CEO of www.theflowerexchange.com for 8+ years since 2001, the company was later sold to a private investor in 2010. He also co- founded www.onlinemediaplanet.com in 2006, an online marketing consulting company which served an exclusive clientele such as Trump Soho in New York City, Gansevoort Hotel in Miami Beach, Grupo Grand Coral in Mexico, Playa Blanca in Panama, ProdigyNetwork and many others from a wide range of worldwide industries. In 2010, Juan was given the challenge to revamp and update Federated Travel's portfolio of domains. In addition to being an astute business man, whose professional opinion is highly sought after, Juan is dedicated to his team which follows him through his many projects. He is also a devoted and loving husband and father.

Alejandra Velandia graduated with a degree in Graphic Design from Los Libertadores University, in Bogota, Colombia and has more than seven years of experience in graphic and visual development. She is a creative graphic designer and web developer, who incorporates modern trends in her designed layouts and utilizes other artistic forms, such as photography and architecture, creating a new, contemporary, user friendly, and reliable web navigation system. Alejandra is the head of the creative design department in Federated Travel, implementing innovative technological tools to imprint her vision onto every project.

Mr. Lackner is the C.T.O. of Federated Travel and is responsible for all technical aspects of Federated Travel's internet investments. Tom oversees the company's programmers throughout the various portfolio companies. Prior to this current role, he launched award winning Destructoid, one of the largest videogame and technology blogs online. Previously, Mr. Lackner founded ModernMethod (later acquired by WorldMedia), where his work included building best-of-breed websites and marketing solutions for Charles Schwab, uBid, HSBC, Air Canada, WebMD, Alienware, Aloha Airlines, Sol Melia Hotels, TigerDirect, Club MED, and Starwood.

Luis has a degree in Systems Engineering from Cundinamarca University and a certificate in Software Engineering from Universidad Distrital Francisco Jose de Caldas. He has over 6 years' experience designing and creating easy to use structures and solutions for developing, organizing, and maintaining web sites. In order to meet a wide variety of business needs, Luis applies technical and theoretical concepts to create web sites that are user-friendly, agile, and efficient. His systemic analysis takes each component into account, in order to create balanced solutions that fully satisfy organizational demands.

Graduated from University of Mumbai and after taking diploma in Web Development, Harshal started his career in 2003. He has developed many online applications in his 8 years of experience in web development. Started with ParisHotels.com in 2006, he has developed most of the functionality in the site and made it compatible to manage hotel's inventory from other central booking providers.

Alan M. Cardero is system's engineer graduated from UCA in Nicaragua and Cisco CCNA certified. Alan has over 5 years of experience in which he's been working with a wide variety of technologies, from AS400 to the full cycle of life of web applications developed in WAMP environment.

Javier is a graphic designer and developer with extensive knowledge of design software such as HTML and ActionScript, allowing him to develop the most up-to-date visual concepts for Federated Travel's projects. He is interested in animation and in the design and programming of interfaces, as well as in using and learning about new graphic design tools. In his free time, he likes to provide web design tutoring at basic and intermediate levels. In addition to teaching about design tools, he shares his knowledge of digital content and the online universe, and provides support for new animators and developers.

John has a degree in Graphic Design from Los Libertadores University. He has extensive experience in the design and development of web sites, and currently provides design support to Federated Travel's creative team. Prior to joining our team he was a magazine designer for 8 years. John is constantly teaching himself and upgrading his skills by researching new design practices and tools. His imagination and creativity enrich each project he touches. In his down time, John can be found playing the piano or going for a swim.

Curtis has been in the hospitality and tourism industry for over 8 years. He studied psychology at Oregon State University and later relocated across the country to Miami, Florida. He continued his studies at Florida International University where he earned a Masters Degree in Hospitality and Tourism management. During his graduate career he developed an interest in research and strategy components of business development. He started with Federated Travel conducting research for the Affiliate Program and now leads the development for our newest project, TravelPro.co.

With over 7 years of Internet Marketing experience, Gretchen Erle has overseen the SEO at many websites over the years.  Responsible for the creation and inception of the entire SEO initiative at AutoTrader.com, she worked on projects with technical, design and product management teams in order to increase traffic and attain high search engine rankings. She has served in both consulting and in-house Internet Marketing roles at dozens of websites—ranging in everything from big brand and e-commerce websites all the way to startups and small businesses.In 2010, she co-founded the boutique Internet Marketing agency Search Nucleus.She now oversees the SEO at Federated Travel.

Cecile is the Sales Manager for ParisHotels.com , she graduated in Business form the Sup de Co Montpellier (France) and started her career back in 1999 as a general manager of a hotel in Paris where she learned the difficult art of customer service and a earn a "real life" masters in the hospitality industry. She then joined ParisHotels.com in 2001 becoming the heart of the whole operation. Cecile wears all the hats: assisting with project management, customer service for both hotels and visitors,help with design and implementation of marketing programs and campaigns, and keeping the website fully functional with the web master. When she's not visiting hotel partners and /or helping Paris visitors from all over the world, Cecile can be found at fair shows or simply having presentations on small Parisian Cafes. Her experience living in countries like Australia, United Arab Emirates and Other places in Europe gives her a unique perspective of the travel industry.
